Return policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product .

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging . You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged shipping costs once , and this also applies to returns. No additional restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt. We will also let you know if the return was approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

Late or non-received refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Returns on sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@castconsole.com.
